My Experience with VLCC Specifix Sandal Hydrating Body Mask:

This hydrating body mask comes packed in a simple white plastic tub with a wide band of sea green on the packaging. It closes with a screw type closure lid. The packaging looks very simple and just like other products from Specifix. You have to dig out the from the tub which is not very good if you consider the hygienic factor. You have to clean and dry your fingers every time to avoid contamination of the product. All the product details are mentioned on the body of the tub itself. The packaging is very sturdy.

VLCC Specifix Sandal Hydrating Body Mask consistency

VLCC Specifix Sandal Hydrating Body Mask has a very thick creamy consistency. It comes in a pure white cream form and doesn’t have any exfoliating particles. It spreads on the skin evenly and is suitable for all skin types. The usage is pretty easy. You need to apply the mask on your body. I usually don’t have much time to use it on weekdays because after application, I keep this for a while, so I usually use it on weekends. I take about generous amount of product and massage it in circular motion after leaving it for 10-20 minutes.

VLCC Specifix Sandal Hydrating Body Mask texture

This mask removes every bit of dirt and grime from the skin and purifies it effectively. It works very nicely on dull and dehydrated skin and removes dullness. Since one of the chief ingredients of this mask is sandal, it helps to reveal clear and bright skin. It also contains aloevera and Vitamin E which helps to reveal soft, smooth and supple skin and feels nice to touch. The mask is also very easy to remove and does not leave any residue behind. It also adds radiance to the skin, but this radiance is short lived and disappears soon. It doesn’t give any luminous glow to the skin but my hands and feet looked very clean and smooth. This product also hydrates the skin well and I did not feel the need of a moisturiser for summers. I can’t comment on whether it will fare well on the hydration clause during winters.

It has also suited my skin well and has not caused any irritation. In a nutshell, it fares well as a body polisher.

Overall, this is a nice product that helps to give a quick fix to your hands and feet. I like the concept of a body mask as you can burn pockets getting body treatments done at a salon. I am really happy with the results.
