Fuchsia is one color which looks super hot on everyone and can instantly add a gorgeous pop of color on the lips, but somehow, I have been really scared to carry fuchsia-based lip colors. I am not someone who would wear a cool-toned pink, so when I found this warm hot pink fuchsia, I picked it up instantly. Scroll on further to see how this one worked for me!

My Experience with Wet n Wild Back To The Fuchsia MegaLast Liquid Lip Color:
This megalast liquid lipstick comes in a sleek cylindrical bottle and I am so glad that the packaging is colour coded. The bottle is a see-through one, so the shade is easily visible from the outside. The wand is perfectly shaped and ensures smooth and very even application. And at $2.99, it is a major steal deal. I don’t know if you can get any other liquid lipstick at this price.
“Back to the Fuchsia” is one bold pure fuchsia color with hot pink hints and it will look good on Indian skin tones but it may look stark against some skin tones. It is a pretty warm shade and hence suits me since I think cool pinks wash out my skin tone. This is a super s*xy and trendy shade, be it for day wear or evening wear. It is surely a bit hot to handle, but trust me; it looks gorgeous once you wear it.
The consistency of this liquid lipstick is super smooth and glides really well on the lips, but I need to be really careful during application because the application might turn out to be patchy as it dries out very soon, so I have to be very quick. Also, the finish is creamy for a minute and then it settles down to an ultra-matte finish. The pigmentation is super amazing and the exact colour that we see in the bottle appears on the lips.
The staying power is more than 7-8 hours, but when I eat something oily, the color flakes off a bit from the middle and the entire thing looks very patchy and I cannot re-touch because the liquid lipstick forms layers making it very heavy on the lips, so I have to remove and then apply all over again. The removal is like super difficult. I have to use an oil-based makeup remover as it does not come off with any other makeup remover.

- The application is a bit patchy.
- Very difficult to remove.
- Not sure if it will suit all skin tones.
- After a meal, it flakes off unevenly and re-application is not easy.
- Not available in India.
Would I Recommend/Repurchase Wet n Wild Back To The Fuchsia MegaLast Liquid Lip Color?
I am not sure how everyone would like it because the application and removal is a bit messy but for that price, do try them at the counter!
