My Experience with Bath & Body Works Waikiki Beach Coconut Shower Gel:
‘Waikiki Beach Coconut Shower Gel’ is similar to ‘Honolulu Sun’; only difference is that it is more citrusy. So if you want a touch of coconut dominated by a bunch of fruity notes, then this shower gel can make it to your bath and body routine.
Packaging: ‘Waikiki Beach Coconut ‘ has an impressive neon press-type cap and the packaging is green-based with an inviting label showing passionflower. It clearly has a coconut half on the sticker so you can go to assuming that this is a floral mixture containing the smell of coconuts. As far the label specifications go, ‘Bath &Body Works’ has never disappointed me. You have key fragrance notes specified on all their products along with instructions on how to use. It has the entire ingredient list as well. This mature and equally fancy looking bottle is travel friendly and easy to carry around.
Fragrance: My first impressions after usage of ‘Waikiki Beach Coconut shower gel’ was being swept by totally a refreshed feeling in every sense. I felt blessed for I was unable to smell any scent of overpowering coconuts but neither could I smell berries in the very strong sense. It definitely has an edge of woody notes along with coconut, jasmine and bamboo that tag only after the blend of dragon fruit, coral berry and pink passionflower, which is a very soothing, fresh and mild fragrance in totality.
Consistency and usage: The transparent green-based gel weighs light on lathering and this rich hydrating gel is ideal for all skin types and can be used all around the year if you are not particular about a signature scent that reflects the season or the time of the day. I take desired quantity of the gel and use it with loofah for best results. You can layer it up with a body lotion followed by a body cream and a fine fragrance mist for best results and for a scent that would last all day long. It leaves a mild trail of fragrance on your clothes as well. The advantage of fine fragrance mist is that it would never stain your clothes.
Overall performance: Although the gel is best to use on hot and humid days, this fruity scented gel can be used during all seasons to give you a refreshed feeling. So in my experience, this gel has not let me down in terms of feeling fresh. It can definitely give a good start to your mornings or midmornings. My experience with ‘Waikiki Beach Coconut’ has been very pleasant, fresh and it has never failed to give the feel-good factor. I love how interestingly the fragrance notes are combined to create this feeling.
