I realized how smudge-proof these Rimmel lip liners were and picked up like 5 or more. I am super happy with them, though they are not the creamiest lip liners around, they are excellent as they do not smudge at all hence, serving as a great lipstick base as well.

This liner is a dull pinkish brick shade. The slant tip helps me to line well and the tip of the pencil stays sharp and at an angle, it never gets rounded.This is the beauty of the slant tip. Then the pencil is smooth but not creamy.You will need to press it against the lips to get even color but it is almost like it sets while application.This sets to a matte smudge proof finish so you need to work well on the lip line, as rubbing it off will be headache. You might not like how it leaves some inner lip color-free like most matte products, at least I do not. The pencil does not crumble or break, it is slightly dry, otherwise no problems.

The color is awesome, though it looks maroon it actually looks awesome pinky brick on me and I would love to wear it on its own if it did not look too dry.Yes it is too matte and drying on its own so I recommend using it as a liner or using a moisture lipstick along with it. The color looks awesome and the texture shapes the lips very well.

This is a soft retractable liner, comes in a simple pretty pencil form but what I love is the slant tip it has, I quite like it as none of my other liners have a slant tip like that, and the flat tip too help to fill in lips easily so that is fun.The liner once applied has a non transferable finish, it is the best lip liner to help your lipstick stop from bleeding, and makes for a wonderful base for other lipsticks to adhere to, I mean the non transferable factor makes it amazing, so I am happy I bought, it really lasts all day.The texture can feel dry so dry lips can skip wearing it alone, but pigmented lips can give it a try.

The pigmentation is awesome, you do not need to go over and over the lips. One clean hard swipe and done.The color is so long lasting,you can see your lipstick will be gone but this will not! this will stick around the lip line, hence I recommend using this as a lip base as when your lipstick is gone, just the liner would kind of look weird isn’t it?

Overall, not creamy, but smooth enough matte transfer-proof, pigmented, smudge-proof lip liner, at this cost it is fantastic!
