Festive Gifts – Clothes
While Festivals is just around the corner and me expecting the kid anytime soon you can just imagine the celebration mood at home . 🙂 Though I was not very interested in shopping this time my hubby and parents really insisted me on getting new clothes as this is the first Diwali after my marriage and again one more special occasion to be added in the list.
I thought of sharing my gifts with all IMBB ladies. My gifts included jewellery, sweets, chocolates, Diyas and clothes. In this post I am sharing all the clothes [all sarees and salwars] with you girls ☺
Sarees
I wanted to get a bright purple colour saree/salwar and hence this saree was gifted by my hubby. It is a simple light weight silk saree and I am planning for some stone and embroidery work to highlight the saree more. I just love the colour of this saree.
My favourite colour is black and hence there won’t be any occasion without a black outfit and hence this Silk Cotton Black saree that I will be treasuring for the rest of my life.
Another purple saree with contrast blue coloured blouse. This a crepe saree with small mirror work to add more beauty. I love this colour combination 🙂
This one is a netted saree with banaras blouse and highlighters. This one is the expensive of all the ones I’ve got. Golden and Red supposed to be my mum’s favourite.
As much as I love blacks I love whites as well. So a simple white designer saree with bright red and black chumky work to add more glamour 🙂
Polka dots sarees are still in, so this simple yet cute silk saree.
I have been wanting a really good shimmer georgette saree but not one with heavy work. So when I spotted this one I could not resist 😉 The saree with contrast green blouse brings almost all colours to my wardrobe 😉
Salwars
These are few daily wear salwars to be worn as I won’t be comfortable wearing sarees at this stage, especially for a long time. So I might wear the saree till pooja gets over then change to salwar for the rest of the day 🙂
