My Take on Wet n Wild ProLine™ Graphic Marker Eyeliner – Airliner Blue:

Most of the times, the low-end felt tip liners don’t perform just as well as the expensive ones but this one performs really well for $3.99.

marker liner

Packaging: It’s like a thick marker pen, the kind we use on white boards with a felt tip. It is very smooth and does not have a rough sponge like texture. It glides with equal ease on both tough skin of wrist and delicate skin of eye lids. It has a wedge or an axe shaped tip and the edge is really chiseled; hence it gives a precise line if used upright or a bolder line if used at an angle.

Color: One swatch gives a dark navy blue streak which can be intensified further with few more swatches. I loved wearing the black shade whereas the blue shade is not as blue as I like the blue liner to be; rather it appears almost black, just not as intense. There is no shimmer or shine; it gives a matte finish.

Pigmentation: The other felt tip liners that I have used in past don’t work when the tip is placed perpendicular to skin and have to be applied at an angle but this Wet n Wild eyeliner can be used upright to get a thin, precise line or at an angle to get a thicker and bolder line. Irrespective of how it is applied, it gives an equally good pigmentation and color pay off.

Wear time: This product is water proof, sweat proof and tear proof and gives an impressive wear time. The line drawn by this liner stays almost crisp and precise till the end of the day and can be removed with ease at the end of the day.

Conclusion: This product is really amazing, but don’t buy it if you want a blue color that actually shows on the skin – it might be more apparent on paler skin tones but definitely not so obvious on my brown skin tone. Otherwise it has all the qualities of a good felt tip liner.

Would I Repurchase Wet n Wild ProLine™ Graphic Marker Eyeliner – Airliner Blue?
Not this shade but I intend to buy the black shade again if I ever run out of it. This blue one is not for the brown skin tone.
