Today, I will be reviewing a Colourpop eyeshadow in the shade “Nillionaire” from the Super Shock range.
Before I get into the review, I would like to share my shopping experience from Colourpop website. I did buy a few makeup products from their website during free international shipping. I bought a few lip products and eyeshadows. When I received my parcel (paid customs charges), all the eyeshadows which I bought were broken. I was quite disheartened by seeing this and I took the photo and mailed to their customer care. They immediately responded and stated they would be sending in new eyeshadows. I received the parcel early without any customs charges and it was packed perfectly and all the eyeshadows were in place. I am so overwhelmed by their service and their products. I have already reviewed “Coconut” and “Lace” from this range previously. Now, let’s get straight to the review:

My Experience with ColourPop Nillionaire Super Shock Shadow:
Packaging: This shadow comes in a cute white cardboard box with a cool holographic font. The shadow comes in a round pot with a transparent screw lid, which is easy to identify the shade and travel friendly too. The box also comes with a cute warning i.e., to close the jar tightly after use.
Shade and Finish: “Nillionaire” is described as a rich metallic bronze with pink and gold reflects. It has a metallic finish.
Texture: It has a hexagonal shape pattern.The texture is creamy upon application it sets perfectly.
Pigmentation and Application: This is a sheer metallic eyeshadow. There is no fallout during application. I felt it has maximum colour payoff when applied with finger can also apply with a flat shader brush and build up the colour. I feel it’s a bit difficult to blend since it’s creamy and settles fast.
Longevity: As the product claims, it is a long-wear eyeshadow and it is true to its claim. The eyeshadow has stayed in my eyelids for more than 7 hours.
Pros of ColourPop Nillionaire Super Shock Shadow:
- Gorgeous metallic bronze shade with pink and gold reflects.
- Travel-friendly packaging, occupies less space.
- Decently pigmented.
- No fallout.
- Long wearing, stays more than 7 hours.
Cons of ColourPop Nillionaire Super Shock Shadow:
- Availability is an issue.
- Difficult to blend.
