I have recently started aerobics and I am actually liking it. I look forward for my aerobics class daily and also my trainer is too cute. Aerobic exercises are a great and fun way to lose not just belly fat but overall fat from your body. I find yoga quite boring but with all the moving and all the music, aerobics is just right for me. In today’s post I will tell you about all the exercises that you can do in your free time and get maximum benefits out of them.

If you are too lazy to do anything any other exercise, just make it a rule to do jumping jacks when you are watching TV and it is commercial time.

Skipping

This is a high-intensity aerobic workout. Brisk walking is good but running is even better. Start with walking and gradually shift to running. If you are a nature lover then this is perfect for you. You can just go to your neighborhood park in the morning, take in the fresh air and try to run for at least 30-45 min.

  1. I absolutely hate jumping jacks and love squats. I too don’t have patience for yoga, it makes me rather sleep. I have been doing HIIT workouts for over a year now and they are amazing. 🙂

  3. everywhere i can see exercise post, i think it is high time that i should start with it.
    I am observing belly fat after my marriage and trust me that is the worst place for fashion outfits. Everything looks so bad. feel like baby bump 🙂
    My husband and SIL do 2000 skipping in one go. I am living with exercise freak people.
