My Experience with Bath and Body Works Frosted Winter Woods Body Lotion:

Let us start with the packaging. Bath and Body Works Frosted Winter Woods body lotion comes in a sturdy transparent plastic bottle with the push top cap. The bottle is sturdy, but huge to be carried along during travel and this fragrance does not come in travel size. The bottle has beautiful graphics of orange and pine on it with the glittery snowflakes 😀 Truly festive packing.

Coming to the fragrance, on application, the fragrance is awesome. The mixture of citrus and sweet notes is just amazing and it has a woody touch to it, but I could smell more lime than orange. 😛 On drying, I could not smell any black pepper 😛 but yes, it does have a woody, pine-like fragrance which are the mid notes. However, after some time, it is a very sweet fragrance with just a hint of citrus. The fragrance is good and the top notes are the best. After drying, the fragrance does not seem a very unique one, like it is when freshly applied.

The scent stays on me for around 2-3 hours after application and I feel that the initial scent is stronger in the body cream and not so much in the body lotion. However, the fragrance stays more on my skin with the body lotion and not with the body cream from the same range, but I feel that the lotion is more moisturizing than the cream, not to say that of course, it gets absorbed easily when compared to the body cream.

The consistency of the lotion is neither thick nor very runny and it gets absorbed into the skin very easily. The lotion is not greasy and is very moisturizing. It keeps my dry skin hydrated for whole day, thanks to jojoba oil and shea butter in the ingredients.

Would I Repurchase/Recommend Bath and Body Works Frosted Winter Woods Body Lotion?
Well, I am not sure. Though I love the top notes and I am a fan of citrus fragrances, but I do not like it that much once it dries, so I might not pick it again. But I would recommend it to you if you like a mix of citrus and sweet fragrances.
