We Indians love our spicy dishes. Don’t we? Spices are really hot for our body and they can make your lips look dull and dry. So try to avoid too much of spicy food in your diet. I know that is a task in itself 😛
- Avoid lip darkening things
Do you really want your lips to fall prey for your bad habits? I hope no! Smoking is one such bad habit. This will really darken the natural color of your lip for a very long time. So kindly avoid smoking, if you already do. Beverages like tea and coffee can also make your lips dark. Take them in moderation.
