If you haven’t read my article on Beauty Secrets of Supermodels yet, go and read it now 😛 Talking about this post, I was looking at the pics of Parineeti Chopra and Sonakshi Sinha and realized how amazingly they have lost weight and transformed themselves from fat to fit. The biggest and the most wowing transformation in recent times was when Aishwarya Rai walked the red carpet at Cannes 2014. She stunned the world in her well-fitted Roberto Cavalli gown – what a change it was from Cannes 2013! Fat is not ugly, but fit definitely is wonderful. Since a lot of us are struggling with weight loss, I thought why not get inspired from our celebrities. I would soon write a post on their fitness secrets, but for today, check out their transformations and get inspired!
1. Alia Bhat: She was so cute when she was chubby, wasn’t she? She lost 16 kg for her film debut “SOTY.” She says that to slim down, she had to work hard in the gym hard. Currently, she works out six days in a week with workout which includes cardio, weight training, kick boxing, running on the treadmill. She also does ab crunches, squats, bicycle crunches and pushups.
2. Sonakshi Sinha: Sonakshi Sinha had to lose a lot of weight for her debut movie “Dabbang.” She once weighed 90 kg *shock* I am inspired! She followed a healthy diet and workout routine to lose the flab. Currently, she hits the gym 5 days in a week, does cardio, weight training, and yoga to keep in shape.
3. Katrina Kaif: Do you know, Katrina Kaif made her entry into hindi films through a movie called “Boom.” She was not overweight but not fit either, and look at her now.
4. Kareena Kapoor: She received a lot of flak for shrinking to size zero for her movie “Tashan.” I am not a fan of her size zero frame, though before coming into Bollywood, she worked extra hard to lose the puppy fat.
