My Experience with Chambor Orosa Rose Smoke Sculpting Eye Shadow:
This eyeshadow has a smart and handy packaging. The crayon comes in a deep red colored cardboard packaging indicating the brand’s tagline with rose gold fonts. This outer packaging has all the information about the product on it. Inside this beautiful carton, comes a color-coded eye shadow crayon.
The color-coded body of this crayon helps to check the shade easily if you have a few of these eyeshadows in your stash. The crayon has a sharpener attached to the base of the eye shadow, which helps to get a better and fine tip for precise application each time. The eyeshadow has a typical twist-up mechanism, so there are no messy sharpening issues with this retractable pencil. The cap of the eyeshadow shuts very tightly making a loud click and ensures that it will not come off. Overall, the packaging is pretty luxurious.
The shade “Rose Smoke” is a soft beige pink shade, I do not own such softer shades in my collection. This shadow is shimmery, but they are micro shimmers which are finely milled. These shimmers impart a soft sheen to the eyeshadow. The shade is just perfect to create soft daily wear eye looks. The eye shadow is decently pigmented. Two swipes will be good enough to give nice color to the eyes. I have used two shades “Rose Smoke” and “Pearly Beige” in my swatch below.
The texture of the eyeshadow is nice and creamy. It glides very smoothly on the eyelids without any tugging or pulling of the eyelids. It feels so light and comfortable on the eyelids. Blending the eyeshadow is so simple and easy, but I need to be a little quick after applying as it gets difficult to blends the color once it sets. I have seen this eye shadow creasing. I am so glad with the quality and texture of the eyeshadow.
The eye shadow lasts for some good 6 hours with a little fading without using any eye primer underneath. So, using a primer can definitely increase its staying power. It requires a good eye makeup remover to take off the color but there are still some shimmers that left behind. Overall, the quality of the eye shadow is great. It is really a good & mess free option for beginners.
