Before every bath, spend a minute or two whisking over your feet with a pumice stone or a small foot brush to remove dead skin. In regular pedicure, you do this step after you have soaked your feet in water but on day to day basis it is better to do this step before because water hydrates your feet and you wouldn’t necessarily be able to see which areas of your feet need to be tackled.
Oh..I do it after my bath..and then wash my feet with soap all over again. I know..I know..am strange!!

I scrub my feet first. I dunno , just out of habit not out of logic. :rotfl: :rotfl:
I do it after soaking only… The foot file scrapes my dry feet…. :pain: :pain:

Foot files are somethimes very nasty for feet. π
Great Tip π I have 2 foot files, one for dry and one for wet use. But always end up using the wet one. Should do this dry trick more often π
oh are these kinds of foot files available? I gotta check here. Sounds interesting. π
Thanks, Appu. π
