Take a bowl and fill it up with ice cubes and water. Splash this freezing cold water a few times times on your face, and eyes. You may also wrap and ice cube with a towel and hold it over each eye lid for a few minutes. The cold will reduce the puffiness. Follow up with an eye cream.
Repeat this at least a couple of times a week.
