DHC Deep cleansing Oil Review

DHC Deep cleansing Oil

IMBB Sponsored product

Hello Beauties,

How was your Christmas, did you enjoy? I enjoyed a lot this year with friends and family. I also got a Christmas gift from IMBB, DHC Deep cleansing oil. I would like to thank Rati and Sanjeevji and IMBB team, for giving us such a special opportunity and coming up with this out of the box idea. I salute their commendable gesture. Today I am going to review a cleansing oil, most of us stay away from cleansing oil, thinking that they will clog the pores especially for oily skin, I used to think the same until I had used one and it completely changed my thoughts and I am literally hooked on it, this is the second cleansing or makeup removing oil that I have tried so far. Oil dissolves oil and that is the reason they work so well also with oily skin. Coming to the review, DHC is an Asian brand and world famous for its deep cleansing oil; it has been around for ages. A bottle of DHC Deep Cleansing Oil is sold around the world every 10 seconds. In the past I have heard and read a lot about it so when I saw it in the list, I was so happy. Let’s find out more.

My Experience with DHC Deep cleansing oil

The bottle comes in a light green colored box, with all the details mentioned on it. The bottle is transparent with a pump dispenser and along with that comes a stopper, to make it safe while travelling and inside that there is golden colored oil. The bottle is medium sized and therefore not the best to be carried around. The oil looks like olive oil, and also smells like that because it is olive oil based. The smell is not too heavy or unbearable. The oil is of pretty thin and runny consistency, and feels very light not at all thick or greasy like other oils. The pump dispensor is very functional and dispenses the right amount of product every time. One needs one to two pumps to remove complete makeup from waterproof mascara, to long stay foundation to matte lipstick everything. That is what I love about it, before this I was liking the bharat and dorris cleansing oil a lot, but this is much better than that, it successfully removes waterproof mascara with so much ease, where that one failed.

Cleansing oil is not only used to remove makeup but also to remove sunscreen, as it can clog pores easily and because our skin absorbs sunscreen it has to be deep cleaned or double cleansed at night. Using it is pretty easy simply, take a pump of oil in dry hands, and massage it onto dry face including eyes and you will see within seconds of application makeup starts dissolving, then wet your hands and massage face, you will see it turning into a white foamy milky liquid and them simply rinse face with water, it gets completely removed without leaving any greasy after feel.. Unlike other oils that have to be rinsed 8-10 times to remove it completely, this one comes off in a single rinse.
The ingredients are so impressive, it does not contain any kinds of mineral oils or parabens any artificial coloring or fragrance, and comes with the goodness of olive and vitamin e oil. So far I have been using it every single day for 8 days now along with 2 times with a very heavy full face of makeup during my cousins wedding and it removed everything with ease, you do not need to go over again ensuring your skin is clean, it is a single step product. It leaves my skin feeling so soft and smooth, maybe because of olive oil. I have sensitive combination skin during winters and my pores get clogged vey easily and so far this has not given me a breakout or anything. I any day prefer oil based cleanser over water based or biphase one, as you do not need to go over with cotton pads or anything and they deep clean pores thoroughly, simply take oil, massage it and remove it, one cleanse does everything. A little goes a long way with this one, and this bottle will last me for 6-8 months with daily use.
