My Experience with Fenty Beauty Match Stix Shimmer Skinstick Blonde:

Let’s begin with the packaging of the product. The shimmer stick comes in a beautiful, hexagonal-shaped tube. This tube is magnetized from all sides and so they easily stick to each other. The cap shuts very tightly making the product travel friendly. The twist-up mechanism works pretty smoothly, but a small amount of the product stays out even by fully retracting back the bullet; so I have to be extra careful while putting the cap back on to avoid damaging the matchstix. Overall, the packaging is amazing, easy to store and very travel friendly.

Fenty Beauty Match Stix Shimmer Skinstick Blonde is a beautiful yellow gold shade. This is a warm gold color with strong yellow undertones. This shade is suitable for all skin tones, but I feel it comes out really well on Asian beauties. It is nearly opaque in terms of pigmentation. It is an amazing highlighter shade. It looks so warm and I love the glow it imparts. I even use it as a body highlighter as well and I am absolutely in love with this matchstix. It is not too glittery or something, so it is not gaudy at all. It just mixes with my skin so nicely and just blends into it properly. It has an amazing sheen yet it is subtle at the same time. Though, the shimmer does not transfer around but they budge a little upon touching the face.

Fenty Beauty Match Stix Shimmer Skinstick Blonde does not emphasize large skin pores and looks nice on the skin. It blends beautifully with fingers and adds a nice glow to the skin. I found this highlighter pretty easy to blend and it does not emphasize the dry patches of the skin. The formula is creamy and it sets more like a powder product, but I would suggest warming up the product on your fingers first and then apply, this method will prevent the foundation from dragging.

I apply 2-3 coats of Fenty Beauty Match Stix Shimmer Skinstick Blonde to make the proper color pop out better. You may easily build up the intensity according to your choice. This is good for all skin types but still if you have very dry skin, I would suggest prepping the skin well to avoid any patches or flakiness. It suits my sensitive skin well and does not break me out. I am currently obsessed with Fenty Beauty Match Stix Shimmer Skinstick Blonde. The lasting power is somewhere around 7-8 hours on my skin, which is impressive.
