1. Rinse with apple cider vinegar:

It helps to balance the pH level of the skin and also contains antibacterial properties which can help to treat vaginal burning. Anti-inflammatory properties can help to deal with yeast infection easily. Add 2-3 spoons of apple cider vinegar with water and rinse the intimate area with this solution. Do this regularly to get rid of the vaginal itching.

2. Yogurt:

Yogurt is another soothing ingredient which can prove beneficial in treating vaginal itching. The active bacteria present in the yogurt can help to prevent itching easily. It promotes the growth of good bacteria, thus, dealing with burning and itching sensation. Dip a tampon in yogurt and insert it. Keep it for at least 2-3 hours and wash off with cold water.

You should avoid washing your vagina with scented perfumes or soaps. Using scented perfumes can irritate your vagina and also lead to itching and burning. You should wash your vagina with clean water and also try to keep it dry. Prevent using soaps, lotions or washes that may irritate or lead to burning of the vagina.

Wait for some time and rinse off with cold water again.
