Hi All,
Looking at gorgeous pix of so many of you, i was really apprehensive about sending my entry for the contest. A curvaceous, full bodied girl would have stood no chance of getting a second look, leave alone win.
But then, hot girls like Mrun, Cali and Bee, and even Komal, Navpreet, Nids and many more, and not to forget Rati and Sanjeev, managed to convince me to send in my entry. So here is my entry for the summer look… Hope you guys like it and pls, forgive my golu-molu pann 🙂
I call this look the ‘Sunshine girl’ or the ‘Agninakshatram’. I have used colours like sunshine yellow, orange, dark peach and gold for this look.
My typical summer day time look comprises of these things :
On my face :
Ponds Age Miracle Tinted Moisturiser Sheer Honey Rs 215
Lotus Sunscreen SPF 40 Rs 195
Maybelline Eye Studio pencil on the lower lash line in gold – Rs 200
Himalaya Kajal on Water line : Rs 110
Colorbar precision eye liner in black on upper lash line : Rs 180
Sheer gold bindi : Rs 5 for a pack of 10
Loreal Matrix hair serum Rs 215
Lips : liner Colorbar waterproof lipliner nude pink and filled with maybelline colour and care lipsmooth in red rose.
My dress :
Yellow Cotton Kurta : Pantaloons Rs 599
Churidaar : Printed peach and orange lycra from Westside Rs 449
Chappals : Rexin Kolhapuris from Kanpur Rs 150
Bangles : Wooden bangles in beige, coloured in different colours by me, Craft store in Saharanpur, Rs 20 each
Earrings : Bandra Linking Road market, Rs 80
