L’Oreal Rambling Rose Infallible Lipstick Review

I am here with another lipstick review, my partiality towards MAC lipsticks do not allow me much to venture into other brands, but my last visit to the beauty store attracted me to the L’Oreal counter and I was so pleased to see so many ranges of lip colors. I have been hearing a lot about the infallible range, but I was really surprised to see that this gorgeous shade was not reviewed on IMBB. Read on to know more about the shade and other details.

My Experience with L’Oreal Rambling Rose Infallible Lipstick:

The packaging is subtle yet elegant. The base is black with a color-coded sticker mentioning the name and number of the lipstick. The cap fits in snugly which is again color coded and translucent; quite chic and user friendly I must say. The plastic body is sturdy enough to be carried in the makeup pouch without fear of opening.

The texture of the lipstick is really smooth and creamy. It glides on like dream on the lips. The texture is such that it does not settle on the fine lines. Though initial application is like a cream lipstick, it settles to a moist matte finish after a while.

The staying power is 4-5 hours without lip liner. With a lip liner beneath, the staying power increases to 7-8 hours. The lipstick does not vanish completely after a proper meal; there is no stain left behind which is a pro for me. The shade is a pretty pink with very subtle coral undertones which makes the color all the more beautiful. This can be a very nice shade for the gloomy monsoon days to pick you up instantly.

The shade is bright yet subtle, perfect for a lot of age groups. Though not a must have considering the price and quantity, but it is definitely worth checking out if you like such bright fun shades.
