1. To create a groovy 70’s inspired make up, apply M.A.C cream colour base in pearl all over the eye lids using the #242 brush. apply mineralize eye shadow in blue my mind all over the eye area: using brush #239, apply the light blue colour in the inner corners and the deep teal colour in the outer corners of the eyes.
2. To achieve a retro new romantic lip, apply mac lip pencil in magenta around the corners of the lips and blend inwards. Add cremsheen lipstick in going casual over the lips.

Also discovered why my Matt Lumiere looks odd on me..apparently my face is clearing up and I need a lighter shade….:-( 🙁

I didnt pick a darker shade..that shade seemed just right then..dont know now when I put it I look a bit muddy dusty..hehehee…dull is the word??
Actually same happened with me. I used to wear NC 40 shade in MAC foundation and now it looks dark on me. Not a bad thing but your products get wasted. 🙁

Actually liking only the blushes. For some reason the collection is just not attracting me too much. I want to Yawwwn!! Or may be it’s just my present mood. 😛
Gaea, my satin finish started looking darker during summers but I realized that all my other foundations were also looking darker. So shifted from NC 40 to NC 35. WIll have to see how my skin behaves in winters again.
😀 yea, guess MAC is trying too hard and unnecessarily so.

he he I have no clue wheat made me go a shade lighetr. I was kind of irritated because my old foundations look dark on me now. 🙁 Also I would have to but my skin finish in medium now. Medium dark looks darker on me but I make it work somehow. Have no heart to throw it away. More than that i love it so bloody much. 😛
