My Experience with Makeup Revolution Salvation Intense Lip Lacquer – Keep Crying For You:

The lip lacquer comes in a beautiful and luxurious rose gold cardboard packaging. The packaging has all the details about the product like product description, ingredients list, etc. The lip lacquer comes in a clear cylindrical tube, which has a beautiful rose gold ring at its neck. It closes securely with a glossy black screw on cap. The cap closes securely and ensures that the tube is totally leakproof. Overall, the packaging is good and sturdy.

It has a typical doe foot applicator. The applicator is soft and it is of good quality. Now coming to the shade, Keep crying for you is a beautiful bright pink shade with red undertones. This is the prettiest pink in this range. This is the most wearable shade, which brightens up the face instantly. The shade is too bright. So you will require creating a proper and flawless base for carrying this shade. The lip lacquer does not contain any shimmers in it.

This liquid lipstick has soft and smooth formula which goes on smoothly on the lips. There is no tugging or pulling of the lips. The lip lacquer glides so smoothly on the lips and sets to ultra matte finish. It takes a little long to set completely. The lip lacquer is totally waterproof and touchproof. It is smudgeproof and does not transfer at all. The pigmentation of the lip lacquer is intense. It gives a semi opaque finish in a single swipe. I need to apply two coats to cover pigmented lips.

This lip lacquer chips badly with oily food. So, I would say it will not survive any meal. The lip lacquer also chips down from the corner of the lips and touch ups are quite difficult with this lip lacquer. You will need to take it off completely and then apply it fresh. Taking off these lip lacquers is also a bit difficult. You will require a good oil based makeup remover to take it off. The staying power is just 4-5 hours; after that it starts to chip. Overall, I am happy with the shade but staying power is quite low.
