For vacation, me and my hubby went to a beach theme park and spent the whole day there in water. When we came back, we had these dry white spots on the face. I used Freeman scrub after reading reviews here on IMBB and I got this Montagne Jeunesse Dead Sea Mud Enriched cleansing masque for him. So let’s see how it worked for him.
$1.99 for 0.35 oz/10g
Aqua (purified water), Alcohol denat., Polyvinyl alcohol, Propylene glycol, Mentha viridis (Spearmint) leaf oil, Sea salt (Dead sea salt), PVP, Acrylate steareth-20 methacrylate copolymer, Dichlorobenzyl alcohol, Benzyl alchohol, Limonene, CI 42090 (Blue 1).
Bursting with Spearmint oil this masque will dig the dirt out of his pores. Skin is left feeling deeply cleansed and smooth. Our boys deserve a little treat too.
• Suitable For Vegans
• Gluten Free
• Dairy Free
• No Added Parabens
How to Apply:
Apply to clean, shaven face. Splash your face with warm water and dry. Apply in a thin, even layer over your face, avoiding eyes, lips and hair. Leave on for 5-10 minutes, or until the masque is totally dry. Then gently peel it off (never pull) wash off any stuck bits with water. Not for use on very sensitive or broken skin.
My Husband’s experience with Montagne Jeunesse Deep Pore Cleansing Masque with Dead Sea Mud:
The texture of the masque was thick and it was little sticky too but for application it came out well and the sachet if applied liberally can be used only once.It has a toothpaste like smell which goes away once it is applied fully. My husband said he sensed little irritation or stinging sensation during application, but once done it went away soon.
Within fifteen minutes, the mask dried off and was ready to peel. It was easy to peel and then the rest can be easily washed off. Nothing major happened after applying the mask. His skin did look cleaner and fresh but not at par with our expectations. That soothing effect a cleansing masque gives was missing.
Pros of Montagne Jeunesse Deep Pore Cleansing Masque with Dead Sea Mud:
• Easy to apply.
• Has good ingredients.
• Makes skin fresh and clean.
Cons of Montagne Jeunesse Deep Pore Cleansing Masque with Dead Sea Mud:
• Causes little irritation while applying.
• Opening of the sachet is very small.
This is an okay stuff considering its price. May be can be used for feeling fresh and good for trying out. But my husband is not ready to use this again as it did not convince him much. By the way I too used it in the nose alone to see if it worked for me but it did not show any result for me. Niether the freshness nor clean effect was there. There are better products by Montagne Jeunesse to try out.
