My Experience with Natura Bisse NB Ceutical Lip Recovery Balm:
Packaging: The lip balm comes packaged in a small frosted jar with a white colored screw open cap. It also has an inner lid for extra protection. This cute jar comes packaged in a white colored cardboard box. The packaging is dainty and travel-friendly.
I really needed a change and wanted to try a new instant recovery lip balm. I decided to try Natura Bisse, a totally new brand for me and picked their Lip Recovery Balm. Natura Bisse has various ranges for different skin types and issues. Most of their products are very highly priced. This was like taking a risk; if the product does not work up to my expectations after paying a good price, it would be very disappointing. So after too many yes’ and no’s, I went ahead and bought this lip recovery balm. Let’s start with my review and you will know if it was worth taking the risk.
Natura Bisse NB Ceutical Lip Recovery Balm is a pink colored, soft, soufflé textured balm. A little goes a long way. Comes packaged in a cute jar, which could be a con for some, hygiene wise. However, it’s not an issue for me. I use this balm on my lips once a day, it’s either morning, evening or before bedtime. The best thing I love about this lip balm is that it works instantly. It repairs my dry and patchy lips within a few seconds or minutes of application. It keeps them hydrated; lips feel soft and smooth. I have not noticed this kind of healing with any of my previous lip products. All the more, it is formulated without paraben and alcohol, which is a feather in the cap and a plus point for my sensitive lips.
It is formulated with ingredients which help to recover dry, damaged skin and protect it from further damage. I am glad I picked this product. As I mentioned earlier, I do not have a fixed routine with this lip balm, it is like an SOS – as and when required. However, since I like the way it takes care of my lips, I make it a point to apply it at least once a day or at least once in two days. I use it to repair and prep my lips before makeup. I have used it as a mask after exfoliating my lips. It works wonders for me. However, it cannot be used immediately before wearing a lip color, I need to give some time gap. Otherwise, the lip color does not show up well.
