Ever since NYX launched the “Worth the Hype Volumizing Mascara, I had wanted to try it. Now since it has been launched in India, I have it with me finally. I love trying out new mascaras. Now, let’s get into the details.

My Experience with NYX Worth the Hype Volumizing and Lengthening Mascara:

When it comes about packaging, NYX always slays it. The mascara comes in a pretty black tube with a long wand. The wand has thick, fluffy bristles with a pointed tip that reaches each and every lash perfectly and evenly blends the mascara over my lashes. It works well on lower lashes too. With this long wand, it’s quite easy to hold and I love this overall packaging.

Right now, there’s only the black variant that’s available in India and it covers my lashes well and the shade is super pigmented. This mascara gives me bold, beautiful, black lashes. The name of this product is so interesting and it’s just perfect according to the quality.

This mascara has a smooth and creamy formula that glides easily over the lashes and reaches to the smallest one with its even strokes. The formula doesn’t dry out quickly, so I can easily layer it up and it never feels dry too. A single coat provides well-defined long lashes and it doesn’t look clumpy. Second layer also goes well and provides more volume and length which looks perfect and still not so clumpy, but when more layers are added, it starts to clump between lashes, so you have to skip adding more layers.

This formula provides beautiful, long, well-defined lashes that look voluminous and bold at the same time. It looks equally good on lower lashes too and most importantly, it opens up my eyes and holds my curl beautifully for a long time.

The formula dries out within a few minutes and it never looks patchy. Though the formula is not waterproof, it’s water resistant and doesn’t smudge or transfer. It stays in its place perfectly throughout the day without any mess.

The formula feels lightweight, doesn’t weight down my lashes. My curled lashes look so nice and my eyes look big too. Even, without using an eyelash curler, it does open up my eyes. I absolutely love the results with this mascara.

I am not a fan of washable mascaras, but this one works so good and the effect lasts long for around 6-7 easily. Also, it’s so easy to remove the mascara from the lashes with a normal wipe. It never hurts my lashes and I haven’t noticed any fallout either.

Overall, I am obsessed with NYX Worth the Hype Volumizing and Lengthening Mascara. Though adding layers makes the whole look clumpy, I can solve it by using a lash comb. Otherwise, it’s a really good product to try.
