Hello everyone
I carefully noticed a dark patch on my face which is I guess starting off as pigmentation and now I fear that it will increase and become darker with time.
I am 25 year old with dry skin and little sensitive too.
I make sure that i use sunscreen and a moisturizer.
Please help me how to deal with it.

Please see a derma to confirm what kind of pigmentation it is, melasma, freckles, post inflammatory pigmentation etc. The derma would then prescribe you medicines/creams accordingly.
Many a times the causes are hormonal or. Heriditary. Hormonal could be due to any HRT or taking birth control pills.
Mean while for at-home help, you could use face pack made of red sandalwood, ambe haldi, mint powder, all in equal proportions and little bit of multani mitti for binding this all together. Make a paste with Rose water and add a few drops of carrotseed essential oil.

Take an appointment with your dermatologist and use some home remedies like raw potato and lemon juice. Being a Pharmacist myself I want to advice u dat never use any cream with hydroquinone and steroids, though they will give u instant results but u may regret later.
