I love powder matte lipsticks and Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick Red Rules the World falls in the “creamy soft matte” category. This lipstick is not like MAC Ruby Woo which just sits on the lips and settles to a powder matte finish. This lipstick feels more like moistursing creamy matte on the lips, very comfortable to use. It glides like butter, but still doesn’t feel cakey. The pigment is intense in one swipe. It feels like a soft, lightweight lipstick on the lips. All the claims are so true.
Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick Red Rules the World is a warm, cherry red lipstick. It could be your winter lipstick, your bridal or classic red lipstick for Indian warm skin tones. I love how it brightens up the face. It does not bleed but can smudge since it is a soft matte lipstick. Just use a lip liner, blot and powder, and it would last all day. I am most impressed with the pigmentation of Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick Red Rules the World.
