Hi,

I am a 27-year-old girl and I want to ask a question about my skin.  My skin is oily and I have a lot of breakouts on my face and dark circles also. How do I get rid of them? Another problem is that my teeth is not in proper shape, so how can I keep them in proper shape.  Please suggest various options available.  I am waiting for your advice.

  1. Rosy u may try teeth filing for shaping…its done by dentist and is a very easy and simple procedure that takes care of minor out of shape stuff…take care! O:) O:)

  2. For oily skin -use skin care meant for oily skin..having green tea,clay n so on…they are gud for oily sking controlling oil secretion…
    U cant rely on mere reccomandations,n u urself have to try out and see what work best for u..
    Eye cream from aroma magic is of great help.i dnt have DC so i dnt use it but it has worked on many..
    U may try ASPRIN mask keep it five mins then wash off..it will surely dry out ur pimples..
    Use salicyclic acid containg products..it helps..if all this doesnt help GO FOR DERMATOLOGIST ASAP…. GUD LUCK…

  3. hi rosy , i suggest you see a dermatologist really soon, coz often our skin is the first indicator of our health, and u may want to remedy the root cause.

    for dark circles and an oily skin, there is one common cure that i have used many a times. just grate raw potatoes and apply their juice on your face including eye area. once it dries, wash off with warm water. follow up with some aloe or cucumber gel.

    Drink a glass of fresh fruit/ vegetable juice daily. anything from mosambi (sweetlime) to bottlgourd (lauki) makes for a great detox. Eat food that is low on salt and fat.

    tomato juice mixed with some multani mitti makes for a nice pack for breakouts.

Rosy, Breakouts are caused due to various reasons including hormonal issues. if ur break outs are frequent, pl. 1. do not touch ur face without properly cleaning ur hand however tempting it may feel. 2. drink lots of water 3. visit a doctor to find the cause. i suffer from break outs and am now under medication. Mine’s due to hormonal changes and i am 22. hope this helps.

  5. i can help with darkcircles- I am currently using a cream from Liz earle which is pretty good (expensive and you can buy it online) and it has shown decent results in 3 weeks (could be 2 not too sure) The other option (defy cheaper too) is to use almond oil at night for the darck circles that is available in most places.

    For sensitive skin – I use aloe vera gel on just the sensitive spots at night. For face mask which instantly brightens up my face, i am currently using one from Lush called Honey brazened mask every 2 to 3 days.

  6. Start a cleanser meant for oily skin.. that will solve 50% of the breakouts..Use a clay based mask twice a week 🙂

  7. Start using CETAPHIL cleansing lotion (for sensitive skin) it will control your breakouts, for dark circles use Roghan Badam Shirin Almond Oil on night time,,,,,,good luck.

  8. Use Cetaphil Non-Irritating cleanser for sensitive skin. Do not touch ur face with hands and do not allow your hair to touch face…
    U may get breakouts cos of cosmetics too.. Try to find out and completely avoid them & check exp date too.. stop facials or face masks for some time..
    Consult Derma for medicines and creams..
    For dark circles, use Himalaya Under Eye cream during night and Garnier Roll on during day.

    I’m not going to recommend any products to you, because everybody’s skin is different and I can’t ascertain what might suit your skin. But I’ll tell you something that worked for me when I was going through bad acne and dark circles due to stress
    1. Drink one glass of water every hour
    2. Drink 3-4 large mugs of green tea (brewed one, not tea bag) everyday.
    3. Sleep at 10, and sleep for 8 hours
    4. Do not go on a diet, eat what you love
    5. Eat your favorite fruits everyday and DRINK MILK
    6. Take Biotin everyday, you’ll do a favor on your skin
    Once you’re healthy your skin will get much much better, in a matter of 3-4 weeks

  12. hi, i am a dentist so i can advise u on 2nd part of ur pblm! If ur tooth are in realy bad shape,fracturd or with stains etc,they can be corrected! Go visit a gud dentist in ur town n do the needful! One more thing i want 2 suggest al of the beutiful gals here that get proff cleaning done by a qualified dentist every six mths! It doesnt do any harm instead u wl have sparkling tooth which wl further enhance ur beuty! Al d best! :yes:

      1. yup sugosini, whitening includes bleaching which may cause senstivity in long run! I m advising for scaling which is not mechanical cleaning with ultrasonic scalers without chemicals! It should b done 6 mnthly or yearly according 2 ur tooth staining!
