I am a very fast learner. yups. But when it comes to teaching, I suck big time! Nevertheless, today I’ll try and teach you all a simple nail art; it’s just something I do for time pass and I’m not a pro at this. You can try it in different colors and let me know how it turned out.
So let’s start
I used
“zero” sized brush. You can use – bindi brush too.
The blue thing is DISPOSABLE Nichrome loop, just something we use in lab and throw away. I kept one because the pointed end works as a DOTTING tool for me lol lol… You can use toothpick!
White and black acrylic colors, any brand will do
A Good base coat– I’m using Christian Dior’s 108 shade
Lotus color dew nail polish – cozy mulberry. It’s my fav 🙂 mauve color. You can use any color you like.
Always start with apply good nail cream , push back your cuticles a bit and apply good base coat.
Apply a coat of your favourite colored nail polish . . . I have applied “cozy mulberry”. Let it dry.
Now for the fun part- Shake your acrylic color bottle well. Open it up and keep the bottle aside. We’ll stick to the color that has stuck to the cap of bottle while shaking. While taking color from the bottle, I tend to dip my brush too much and I end up takin too much color. Dip the tip of the brush into the color. You’ll take just the amount that’s required this way.
Now make sleeping “x” s on one side of the nails like this.
Now fill up the “x” s with black paint. Like this

Once your done with that, take toothpick/ dottin tool/ a nichrome loop, in my case… hehe and dip it in white color and make dots in the middle of the “x”s. like this.
I went ahead and made one S and another inverted S on the other side just below the white dot. Make a triangle shape where your S ends. It should look something like this
The nail art looks like this. If you don’t want to bother making S and all, just draw inverted “V” below the white dot. I did just that in my “pinkie” finger to give u an idea. It looks simple and sweet.
Nail- art is all about being creative if you have the right accessories. You can always spice up your art. I ran out of rhinestones, I had just one left. You can add small rhinestones on your nails, or in the middle of the bow to add that “extra cuteness.“ this is how tiny diamond looks
