You will need a clear jar (or cup) and your urine for this test. Collect your urine in a clean jar first thing in the morning. Then leave it untouched for about 3-4 hours. To do this, a woman needs to urinate on wheat and barley seeds over the course of several days. If the wheat sprouts, she is to have a baby girl, and if the barley sprouts, a boy. If neither sprouts, then it means you aren’t pregnant.
3. Toothpaste Test:

4. Bleach Test:
Use plain bleach for this test, not use scented or chlorine-free bleach. To do this, collect the first urine of the day and add some bleaching powder to it. Wait three to five minutes. If the urine starts fizzing and foaming, there is a good chance you may be pregnant. The test comes out negative if there is no reaction or very little fizzing.
5. Mustard Powder Test:
Mustard powder is considered to be a period inducer. So, if you have missed your period or it is delayed then soak in a bath prepared with 2 cups of mustard powder followed by a warm shower. If you get your period after this in a day or two, then you might not be pregnant, but 2 weeks after this test, if there is still no sign of your period, you are most likely pregnant.
6. Sugar Pregnancy Test:
Sugar is a good way to test the hCG in your urine and confirm your pregnancy. To do this, collect your urine in a container and add 3 tsp of white sugar to it. Wait five to ten minutes. If the sugar clumps together or does not dissolve, then you might be pregnant and of it dissolves then you are not pregnant.

Positive Result would show red spots or red blisters appear on the surface of the leaves and negative result will show no change. Now, let’s take a look at some early signs and symptoms to know whether you are pregnant or not! But do remember some women might go through some of these signs but some women might not experience any of them.
9. Missed Period:
The most obvious sign of pregnancy is a missed period. If your period is more than a week late, take a pregnancy test and check with your doctor. But do note that missed periods may be caused due to overeating, stress, sudden weight changes and a lot of other conditions too.
10. Breast Changes:
One of the first physical changes during early pregnancy happens in the breasts. While it is common for your breasts to feel tender or swollen just before a menstrual period, they might feel sorer than usual if related to pregnancy. You might also notice that your nipples are darker in color. Also, during the initial weeks of conception, you may notice tingling or soreness in your breasts due to early hormonal changes in your body.
Nausea, which is typically called morning sickness, is a common symptom of pregnancy. Whether you vomit or not, feeling nauseous could be a sign of pregnancy. It usually starts after a month of pregnancy but occasionally, women may experience this sign even before a missed period.
12. Light Bleeding and Cramping:
When the fertilized egg implants itself in the wall of the uterus, light bleeding occurs through the vagina of the woman. This is called implantation bleeding and is the first sign of pregnancy for some women. . The process of implantation sometimes causes mild cramping too. Unlike menstrual cramps, though, implantation cramping is much milder and doesn’t last long.

Your kidneys tend to work over-time because of the increased amount of blood in your system during pregnancy. So, if more frequent bathroom breaks are suddenly interfering with your sleep or daily schedule, you might be pregnant.

It could also be a sign of pregnancy if your appetite suddenly changes in either direction meaning that you might feel hungry all the time or you don’t feel like eating t all. This occurs due to rise in the levels of estrogen in the blood and can occur at any time throughout the pregnancy.
Another common sign that a woman has become pregnant is morning sickness. It is caused due to the rising levels of the hormone in the woman and occurs around three weeks after fertilization has occurred.
