My Experience with Wet n Wild What’s Up Doc Silk Finish Lipstick:
Anyone who noticed the price before coming to this section, would know why I bought this product. For $0.93, why would anyone think twice?? Besides, it comes in around 20 shades, hence there is something for everyone.
Packaging: Not very nice or sturdy! Also, I absolutely despise when this little stub of lipstick juts out because a lot of product gets stuck to the cap and ends up looking tacky. Cap is very fragile and should be handled carefully since it is prone to cracks.
Texture: It is very creamy and that is a pleasant surprise because I had not expected a buttery texture for $0.99. It glides on easily and I won’t recommend a thick layer of lip balm underneath as it makes the entire process cumbersome. A sparingly applied lip balm should suffice.
Color: A very pretty shade of soft coral, ideal for all skin types.
Pigmentation: Again, impressive pigmentation for money spent! But not good enough for my pigmented lips because in close-up, my lip pigmentation is visible even after two coats of lipstick. However, people with pretty pink pouts can use it without a second thought; for others I recommend a neutral lip liner underneath.
Shimmer and Shine: It’s neither matte nor shimmery. It has minimal shimmer and eventually settles into a matte like finish that works just fine for me since it offers a choice of matte or glossy ( lip gloss on top) finish.
Fragrance: The product has no fragrance what so ever. Some might not really appreciate this fact, but I personally don’t fret about it.
Wear time: Easily 3 to 4 hours after which one can touch it up. Wear time might reduce depending upon the conditions one’s lips are subjected to – eating, drinking and so on.
Conclusion: This shade is very pretty and low key for all types of skin tones and one can totally flaunt this shade for a day out or office look.

Would I Repurchase/Recommend Wet n Wild What’s Up Doc Silk Finish Lipstick?
Not this particular shade, but yes would try out other shades. I would recommend this product to others because it is very affordable, but does not perform like a cheap product.
