Today I am here with my second review from the brand ‘Coloressence’. This brand makes some fantastic products and their prices are really reasonable. Today I’ll be reviewing the latest launch and it’s a crayon form lip color and it has been named ‘rock ‘n’ roll’ lip color. The lip color comes with numbers and no shade name. Product Details: Smooth, kissable lips lie just round the corner this season with this ‘Rock N Roll Lip color Shade No.1’ from Coloressence. Offering a creamy feel and a rich look, this long-lasting and easy-gliding lipstick promises to keep your lips well-nourished and moisturized all day long.
How to Use: Line the lips with a suitable lip liner. Press the bullet to the lips using even pressure to apply color on both upper and lower lips. To refresh and even out, press the lips together.

Packaging: The lipstick comes in a twist up crayon pencil packaging. The outer body is black in color which hathe brand name and there is no shade name written anywhere, except the website detail. The twister is at the bottom of the pen. It’s a two way retractable pen, with a transparent cap, which helps in easily location in the stash. The cap is air tight, hence will not come off by itself.
My Experience with Coloressence Rock ‘N’ Roll lip color- Shade 1
Shade, Texture & Pigmentation: The Shade 1 is a nice hot pink/ fuchsia pink shade with violet undertones to it with concentrated minute silver shimmers in it. Honestly, though I like slightly shimmery lipsticks but I didn’t like the shimmers in this matte lip color, it makes the beautiful color appear very unpleasant and the shimmers in it are easily noticeable. The shade will suit almost every skin tone. But overall, a nice feminine shade to wear on parties & wedding, it can be worn out for shopping but not for formal places like office or college.
The texture of the lip color is very smooth and glides easily on lips by transferring the color evenly on lips, without tugging. The finish of the lip color is completely matte, it’s neither a powdery matte nor very creamy , but just a hydrating matte lip color. It didn’t dry up my lips throughout, but I cannot say about dry lipped beauties. The lip color is decently pigmented; one swipe will give opaque coverage on pigmented lips. The lip color is not cakey; it can be layered up if you feel the need.
Staying Power: The staying power of the lipstick amazed me; I didn’t expect much from it. The lipstick stayed put on me for 3-4 hours without fading or smudging a bit, actually it lasts for more 2-3 hrs but with a strong visible tint. I had my lunch wearing it and after that I noticed after that it had just faded a bit from the inner lips only, rest was full blown color. The lip color does transfer a bit to surfaces. It’s not a tough job to remove the lip color, it can be easily removed by using a makeup remover and the shimmers won’t create a mess.

• Survive eating & drinking.
• Price is really affordable.
Cons of Coloressence Rock ‘N’ Roll Lip Color- Shade 1
• Only the concentrated, noticeable shimmers in it. They are just everywhere in the lip color.
• The packaging is not so attractive.
• The bullet is prone to breakage.
Recommendation: Yes, we are getting a long wear matte lipstick at such a affordable price. But if you don’t like shimmers in your lipstick skip this one.

4/5. I would have given it a 4.5 but 0.5 less for the silver dramatic shimmers in it.
