Today, I will be reviewing my first product from brand Diana of London. I got it a few weeks ago and I am so glad I got it. I absolutely love this lipstick. It is one of the best lip products I have ever tried. I think I should start with the review now because otherwise I will mention all the qualities of this lipstick here in the first paragraph itself. 😛
About the product:
• Ultra soft texture, provides a feeling of lightness & comfort.
• Luminous & excellent color payoff.
• Velvety finish with Vitamin E & anti-ageing properties.
It was near Rs 500. I am not sure about the exact figure. (Forgive me)
My experience with Diana of London Pure Addiction Lipstick-Soft Caramel:
Diana of London Pure Addiction lipstick comes in an absolutely stunning packaging. You know, it can be called “Beauty with Brains”. 😛 it comes with a shiny maroon cap. The shade name is written at the bottom. The packaging is classy and strong. The bullet is strong and you know, I think it is slightly longer than the other lipsticks I have.
Soft Caramel is my first nude or brown lipstick. It could be a MLBB color for a lot of people. For me, it is just a slightly more brown than my natural lip color. It is not a shade which will brighten out your complexion but it is a shade which is perfect to wear when you are looking for a soft brown color on your lips. College girls are going to love it because of the natural look it gives. It looks nice with smoky eyes or heavy eye makeup. Make up beginners will love this color because it doesn’t look too much or makes your lips very noticeable. Soft Caramel is a pure brown color, which is neither very light nor very dark for skin tones. It doesn’t have any other color mixed in it.
The texture of this lipstick is absolutely amazing. It glides on like butter on my lips. A single swipe gives the exact color of the lipstick on the lips. It is intensely pigmented. It is extremely moisturising and doesn’t require a lip balm beneath it. It stays on my lips for about 4-5 hours and all that time, it keeps my lips hydrated. It doesn’t settle into a matte finish but instead has a wet and semi-glossy look. It has a very fine and almost invisible shimmer in it. It didn’t smudge or bleed but still I think it’s better to be cautious about its possibility of getting smudged because of the extreme butteriness.
Pros of Diana of London Pure Addiction Lipstick-Soft Caramel:
• A beautiful nude brown for natural look with minute shimmer in it.
• Extremely moisturising.
• Glides like butter on lips.
• Good staying power.
• Satin finish.
• Classy packaging.
Cons of Diana of London Pure Addiction Lipstick-Soft Caramel:
