I shift between loccitane and forest essential shampoos and conditioners . Oiling once in 15 days. The only thing that i am super regular with is hair trims. I dont know i feel they always help my hair in looking better. I rarely have split ends because i get them snipped off even before they occur. 😀 and a huge contribution is from my mum’s genes. 😀
