Today I will take a break from makeup products and will talk about a product that is equally important. We all love applying makeup, but it is equally important to remove this makeup properly otherwise it may cause problems in long run.

Here I will talk about my experience on a cleansing lotion from the brand Organic Surge. I got to know about this company few months back through a subscription box, through which I tried shampoo & conditioner from this brand and after loving them, I finally decided to go a step ahead and try something new.

Packaging: The cleansing lotion comes in a cylindrical plastic bottle which is white in color and has a paper label around it mentioning all the necessary details. The best part of the packaging is that it comes with a pump which makes working with the product easier.

My Take On Organic Surge Gentle Cleansing Lotion:

I am a girl with super sensitive skin and majority of Skin Care products react to my skin and causes allergy. This is the reason that I am afraid of trying new products. But after using hair products from Organic Surge I somehow managed the courage to go for their cleansing lotion. This is my first cleansing lotion and I always used to think that I don’t apply much makeup and so any normal makeup remover would do for me. But after using this, I actually understood the real meaning of cleansing.

Cleansing lotions are made not only to remove your makeup but also, all the impurities that might be present on the skin and this perfectly work for the same. It not only removes even the minute traces of makeup but also all the dirt particles from the face. I have tried this alone and after a makeup remover and the difference I saw was amazing. It can do wonders when used alone. Once I tried this after removing my makeup from a makeup remover. I was satisfied with the makeup remover alone and was happy that I have done my job, but when I tried a little amount of this lotion onto my skin with a cotton pad, it seriously became dirty with all the remaining makeup and dirt.

The consistency of the lotion is good, it’s neither too think nor too liquidy, and it’s just perfect to work with. The lotion is filled with natural oils which make it smell great. The best thing I like about this cleansing lotion is that it didn’t irritate my skin. My skin feels extremely soft and moisturized after using this. This product has become an important part of my skin care routine. A little amount of product is sufficient for the entire face which makes the bottle last for months.

I love the product, and it does remove my makeup and dirt as well, but I don’t like to use it for removing my eye makeup. I am not even sure whether this can be used for eyes or not, but I personally like to use a separate eye makeup remover for my eyes.
