1. Papaya and butter mask

Papaya is a rich source of antioxidant nutrients such as carotenes, vitamin C and flavonoids, vitamin B, folate and pantothenic acid, potassium and magnesium and fiber. Being a good source of vitamin A, this fruit helps in removing dead skin cells and brings the brighter skin upwards.
• 1 cup papaya cut into slices
• Half cup shea butter
• Blend the papaya to a smooth paste.
• Add the shea butter and blend again.
• If the mixture is too thick, you can add few table spoons of raw milk to give it a nice and soft consistency.

Strawberries are the richest source of vitamin C and folic acid. Vitamin C which acts as an natural skin lightener.
• 6-7 strawberries (chopped)
• 1 tablespoon thick yogurt
• 2-3 tablespoons raw milk
• 2 tablespoons shea butter
• Finely blend the strawberries.
• Add all the other ingredients and blend again to make a thick paste.

3. Honey and shea butter

Honey is naturally antibacterial, so it’s great for acne treatment and prevention. It is full of antioxidants, and is great for slowing down aging. It is extremely moisturizing and soothing too.
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons raw milk
• 1 tablespoon shea butter
• Combine all the ingredients to make a thick paste.
• Add or subtract accordingly.

Mango, which is rich in vitamin A (beta-carotene), contains powerful anti-oxidants; thus, it helps in imparting a younger-looking skin. It helps in regeneration of skin cells and also increases the elasticity of the skin making it soft and moisturized.
• 2-3 drops lavender essential oil
• 5-6 table spoons raw milk
• 2 tablespoons shea butter
• Half cup mango, finely chopped
• Blend mango and milk.
• Add shea butter and blend again.
• Add essential oil.

5. Peach and shea butter


Peaches are a great source of vitamins A and C, which are highly essential for skin health. Vitamin A provides moisture to the skin, which improves the skin’s texture making it soft and supple. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that protects the skin from free radical damage.
• Peach pulp without seeds
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 4-5 tablespoons raw milk
• 2 tablespoons shea butter
• Blend peach with milk.
• Add shea butter and blend again.
• Add honey and mix all the ingredients nicely to make a thick paste.

So these were the best masks that you can use daily in your bath instead of soaps. All of these masks should be massaged nicely on the body, should be left for 10-15 minutes, and then rinsed.
