Skin Type: Normal to Dry

Hi lovely ladies,
How are you all? Today, I am going to review Blossom Kochhar Aroma magic Ylang Ylang essential oil. After trying a few essential oils from Aroma magic, I thought I would give Aroma magic Ylang Ylang essential oil a try. One of my friends suggested me to use ylang ylang essential oil for skin and hair. Let’s see how it worked out for me.
Peps up older people. Aphrodisiac. Eases palpitations, high BP and nervous tension. Rejuvenates skin and hair.
My Experience with Aroma Magic Ylang Ylang Essential Oil:
Every essential oil in Aroma Magic’s oil range has been given a particular number. Ylang Ylang essential oil has been labelled “number 06”. The outer cover of the essential oil is made of cardboard and the essential oil is visible through the outer packaging. The bottle/container in which the essential oil is packed is made of glass with an airtight plastic lid that has a small hole on the top. The most wonderful thing about this packaging is its wooden cap which gives it a natural appeal. It has a plastic cap which is shielded with a wooden block outside. However, the wooden cap sometimes fits and locks properly and sometimes it doesn’t. If it doesn’t lock properly, then you need to give a second try to lock it properly. There is a small leaflet with this pack which includes the list of different essential oils with their numbering on one side and on other side instructions to use the oil.
The fragrance of this oil is very mild floral scent. The oil is almost transparent in colour. I always try to research and be well informed about any new product that I am using, especially essential oils. I got to know that ylang ylang essential oil should not be used by people with low blood pressure.
Any essential oil you choose to has its own uses and differs in function. It cannot be used directly. It should be mixed in some carrier oil like olive oil, coconut oil or almond oil in order to be used. I use this oil with virgin coconut oil as carrier oil to apply on my skin and hair. I use a few drops of this essential oil in my bath water. I massage it on my face after bath and at bedtime. After an hour, I wipe it with moist cotton.
This oil has helped improve the texture of my skin. It helps in keeping my skin hydrated and soft. I fail to use it regularly on my hair, so there is not much of improvement that I notice in the texture of my hair. I am using Ylang Ylang essential oil for skin regularly and I am not disappointed. It can be used for massaging the skin on body as well.
