Hits of Biotique Carrot Seed After Bath Oil–
Good packaging, a tiny hole ensures too much oil doesn’t come out; you have control on the amount coming out.
Moisturises well, lasts for about 5-6 hours.
Misses of Biotique Carrot Seed After Bath Oil–
Faint smell of something I can’t figure out .But surely not something you would want to smell like after a bath. Weird smell. Would it hurt if they added few drops of essential oils for a good fragrance?
The vegetable oil used as base. You really wouldn’t want to apply vegetable oil on your body. Almond oil or Olive Oil is a better option.
Moisturises only for 5 hours, after that skin starts drying. So if you apply this after bath and apply body lotion again you will feel like an oil well and if you only apply this, you will need to moisturise again after few hours. Not a very viable option given that you will be in school, college or at work at that time.
The product claims to be Bio Carrot oil .Nonsense. Only about 8 % is therapeutic oils, rest is Vegetable oil .Only if they used a better base.
The ‘apply and rinse’ part might be bothersome when you are in a hurry or are already late for work/college.
Verdict- For me after bath oil is something exotic and relaxing .This doesn’t live up to any of it. Asked my mom to try it, she smelled it, made a face and handed it back to me. : P : P.
Will I Repurchase? NO .I wanted to buy Fabindia’s Seabuckthorn After Bath Oil; it was out of stock so I picked up this one. Will buy the seabuckthorn oil next time.
