Hits of Biotique Carrot Seed After Bath Oil–
Decently priced
Good packaging, a tiny hole ensures too much oil doesn’t come out; you have control on the amount coming out.
Natural ingredients.
Moisturises well, lasts for about 5-6 hours.

Misses of Biotique Carrot Seed After Bath Oil–
Faint smell of something I can’t figure out .But surely not something you would want to smell like after a bath. Weird smell. Would it hurt if they added few drops of essential oils for a good fragrance?
The vegetable oil used as base. You really wouldn’t want to apply vegetable oil on your body. Almond oil or Olive Oil is a better option.
Moisturises only for 5 hours, after that skin starts drying. So if you apply this after bath and apply body lotion again you will feel like an oil well and if you only apply this, you will need to moisturise again after few hours. Not a very viable option given that you will be in school, college or at work at that time.
The product claims to be Bio Carrot oil .Nonsense. Only about 8 % is therapeutic oils, rest is Vegetable oil .Only if they used a better base.
The ‘apply and rinse’ part might be bothersome when you are in a hurry or are already late for work/college.

Verdict- For me after bath oil is something exotic and relaxing .This doesn’t live up to any of it. Asked my mom to try it, she smelled it, made a face and handed it back to me. : P : P.

Will I Repurchase? NO .I wanted to buy Fabindia’s Seabuckthorn After Bath Oil; it was out of stock so I picked up this one. Will buy the seabuckthorn oil next time.

  3. Carrot Seed Oil is a very good cosmetics oil – such a shame they did not manage to create a more attracting product with it. I was very nosy when I saw the header of this article and now I am a little bit disappointed :silly:

sum biotique products r very good n i love dem…bt sum jus dnt work..similar to khadi !!

  6. even I feel the same way about Biotique as Bhumika…some of its products are amazing and some are really useless…but yes I do agree with just 8% os therauptic ingredients n the rest remains mystery ingredient and it is not even their secret ingredient or anything……wanted to buy this but now a little disappointed…I went to buy this but I ended up buying avocado massage oil and guess what no avocado oil as the ingredient so do not know what to say and it has a very strong camphor smell which is not mentioned in ingredient list……testing the product to be fair on biotique and will write a review then…..

  9. I got a biotique carrot seed after bath oil.
my skin is really dryyyy!!!!and gets dryer after bath , so i just decided to buy this product.
the best thing about this after bath oil is that it gives a glow to our body!
but that’s not permanent, its only till the oil is completely absorbed inside the body.
it keeps your body moisturised for 5-8 hours.
after using it my body is soft for atleast the next 7 hrs.
so yea,its kind of like not that bad too but not that good too!
