Boscia Sake Balm Bounce Moisturizer To Hydrate and Brighten Review

Lately, my skin has been acting weird, for example, my entire face is dry but my nose and forehead are a little oily and adding too much hydration has been causing breakouts. So, I thought of purchasing a light moisturiser for my nose and forehead areas. As you all know, I trust only a few brands when it comes to skin care. My Experience with Boscia Sake Balm Bounce Moisturizer To Hydrate and Brighten:

The moisturizer comes housed in a pastel blue jar with the brand name and the product name written on the front and rest of the details mentioned at the back.

Boscia Sake Balm is a moisturiser that is meant for oily skin and is supposed to add enough hydration without making skin greasy. This moisturizer has a translucent, gel-like texture with a fresh scent into it. It glides on the skin but feels a little tacky till it sinks in and it takes a minute or two to sink into the skin making it look hydrated and supple. Till it gets absorbed into the skin, it stings a bit which was slightly uncomfortable for me, though everything calms down within 15 minutes.

I have noticed that my nose and forehead area is less oily. In fact, I hardly notice any oil. It also did not cause any breakouts, acne or redness which the other dry skin products were causing. Boscia does say that it would brighten up skin which I am a little skeptical about because I didn’t notice any of that. I have been using it on my nose and forehead and there is no difference on the skin tone on my entire face.

Overall, I am happy with this moisturizer but also hate the fact that it stings, and that too for a good amount of time.
