I have recently hauled quite a few products from Catrice. Today, I am reviewing a lip pencil from the same brand in the shade “I Got You Babe”. To know more about this pretty shade, read on!

My Experience with Catrice 070 I Got You Babe Longlasting Lip Pencil:

Starting from the packaging of the lip pencil, the lip pencil is a simple and sleek sharpenable wooden pencil. The lip liner pencil has a nice color-coded body that helps in the identification of the shade. The lip pencil has the shade name mentioned over it in silver fonts with other product details. The lip pencil is sleek and lightweight. It has a cap of the same colour that fits so securely and makes the pencil travel-friendly. The lip pencil does not come with any sharpener. Overall, the packaging is basic yet sturdy.

Now, coming to the shade “I got you babe”. I appreciate how this brand has introduced such intriguing names for these lip pencil. The shade is a pretty rosy pink. This nudish pink shade will suit Indian skin tones pretty well. It looks so beautiful and natural on the lips. Personally, this is my favourite shade of light pink. The lip pencil is totally matte. It does not contain any shimmers. The lip pencil has a decent pigmentation, which helps in imparting close to opaque coverage in one swipe.

The pigmentation is good and buildable. The lip liner has a soft and smooth texture. It does not feel drying on the lips. There are no such major tugging issues with this lip pencil. The lip liner is waterproof. I love to carry this shade alone as a lip colour. It does not budge or smudge. I did not notice any heavy transferring of this product. I do not like the smell of these lipliners. But that is ok, as it fades away in some time. The lipliner does not settle into the fine lines of the lips. The lip pencil lasts for 3.5-4 hours. Overall, I really like this lip pencil.
