The Eye Shadow is a pigmented powder that gives the eyes a shine and pearl-like effect. Ultra fine in texture, it is easy to blend while its moisturising agent keeps your eyelids soft and smooth. This product is long lasting and fade resistant.

These single shadows from Colorbar have never disappointed me honestly. They are priced nicely and they are too soft for a powder shadow.Most of them come in a metallic shine and this one can be called metallic to pearly pink, more towards silver,nevertheless a pretty shadow.

 

It comes in this cute little pot with an applicator and mirror on the ground floor 😛 both are quite usable on the go. The shade is kind of tiny if you see the depth of the pan but would be as much as a MAC refill pan. This one is  super shiny shimmery kind of shadow and it really reflects the light.

 

The shadow feels so smooth that it actually does not feel like it is a powder shadow. The softness kind of makes it last lesser and might feel crumbly at time. The shimmer particles fall off a lot on this one and the color does not come out as pink on the lids. When you swipe or blend, it looks like silver on the lids. When you pat it gets too shiny so this one is a tricky one to use. I like to use it like a wash of shine on the lid, never pack it on.

 

Secondly you could use it like a highlight for brows and on the face to trust me, so this is a multitask er.But remember it is on the shiny shimmery side.The softness needs a primer or else it creases in two hours. Also use it less and use it during the evening as it really reflects the light off.Staying power is average and the shimmer could make it look messy.

 

No doubt it is a pigmented soft shadow but the shine and shimmer could  be used as a highlight or it could also look messy. The color comes out like a dirty silver on the eyes so use it sparingly.
