Colorbar Liquid Addiction Lipstick Caramel Mauve
Price : Rs 425 for 3.8 ml
No claim mentioned on the tube,. It comes wrapped in transparent plastic covering, I am not sure if anything was printed on that.
If you have lakme Aquashine lipstick, Colorbar has similar lipstick in their range called Liquid Addiction Lipstick. Most of the 10 shades in the range have a brownish undertone. You may check out the shades HERE
What I like about Colorbar Liquid Addiction Lipstick:
- The fat cute packaging. It is very light and takes almost no space in your purse.
- It goes on evenly on lips.
- It works both as a lipstick and a lip balm.
- If does survive on my lips after a few snacks or drinks.
- Comes with a inbuilt sponge applicator so it is easier to use.
- I do like the shade Caramel Mauve- it is a soft brown shade with mauve undertones.
What I don’t like about Colorbar Liquid Addiction Lipstick:
- The smell. It is a some disgusting sweet caramely mixed cosmetic smell. After applying it tastes equally disgusting. But I would like to add that smells are personal, please smell the product before purchasing. Personally, this particular smell doesn’t work for me at all.
- The shade range is mostly browns , mauves and some frosty shades.
Note : If you are looking for long stay lipsticks these are not the ones you should opt for. This lipstick stays on my lips barely for an hour but honestly, I don’t mind retouching my glosses and lipsticks. For me, it is not a con.
I don’t think I would ever be buying other shades in this lipstick range at all.

most colorbar lipsticks do have some or other kind of smell n flavour i guess…i dont like it much
Actually in past one year I have not tried any colorbar lip products..Only soft touch lipstick last to last year..I am not sure if they have made some changes in the formula but whatever it is, it’s quite bad. 🙁
i have one from their velvette matte range..shade is too good but it has a strong smell n flavour (not wierd though) which lingers on as long as the lipstick is there on my lips..
errrr…. that too pass for me then. 😛
hmmm…for me a perfect lipstick should give a feel like we have not worn anything on lips, no flavour , no heaviness n no smell…

You must really sunblock every 2-3 hours…Neutrogena makes oil free sunblocks and there is Lotus gel sunblock as well for oily skin. you may use the search on the right hand side top of the blog, you’d find teh reviews there. :))
