Loving your blog and I religiously check it soon after my morning tea and newspaper. I have a query, would appreciate , if you can share your opinion on it. I am NC 35, combination skin girl, with few blemishes on my cheeks (pale red in color). Could you please suggest me what shade I should go for in Colorbar Full Cover Concealer. Else, could you suggest some brands along with shades, for covering my blemishes perfectly. I am currently using Clinique Anti Blemish in 04.
hi niki… why dont u go to mac and ask the mua”s there to help u .. They do a fab job n im sure u will find ur perfect concealer.. i did dat n now i dont even look at other concealers in the market..if u r in mumbai go to juhu mac and ask for mahek or brazilia
check out mac concealers- select cover up, or prolong wear. Infact if your blemishes are not too deep, you can also check out select moisture cover. 🙂

I am currently using MAC prolong wear and its really good. you have some really good options with shades in the concealer dept. Another option is the Chambor Touch Up concealer. There are only 3 shades available in Chambor – 01, 02, and 03. I think 02 should suit you well.
For daily use color concealer stick is fabulous..i use it in almond toffee and i am nc42..you for your skin check out caramel toffee ie 02 or 01 shade, it blends perfectly well and gives very natural look.
I also have mac select moisture cover and i mainly use it for under eye circles.
Even inglot concealers are pretty good, i would suggest you to visit colorbar/mac/inglot counter and request the SAs to show you your perfect shade, colorbar and mac SAs are very helpful i particularly love colorbar SAs as they are really friendly and never once I have regretted buying any products from them..plus they always give freebies 😀

You can try chambor concealers like the chambor Radiant touch concealer – since you are on the lighter side of the skintone spectrum , you might as well find your match. But to get a wide range of shades and formulations, try Mac – since availability and quality wont be an issue then.You try Revlon photoready range as well – they have full coverage concealers as well.
MAC or Inglot – Especially inglot because they also have green concealers, which really help in covering the redness of blemishes. And they have the salmon-y ones for under eyes – so for the price of just one MAC concealer you can get a concealer palette at inglot and use according to your day to day needs 😀
