My Experience with Dior Diorskin Nude Air Glow Powder 002 Fresh Light:
I bought this powder many months ago…I think during summer of 2016. This Air Glow powder comes in two colors – Fresh Tan and Fresh Light. Fresh Tan – I felt was too brown for my skin tone, so I picked up Fresh Light. The packaging is gorgeous with silver embossed compact. It comes in a pouch and a small kabuki brush. Dior keeps bringing these powders back in their range all the time. They are one of their cult sellers.
The powder has two base shades – a medium peachy brown with gold shimmer and a paler tan brown brown with gold shimmer. “N U D E” is embossed on the power with peach and goldeny brown shade. When you swipe them all together, you get a soft peach color.
For me, I use it in combination with a contour color or on its own as a blush. It is a super finely milled powder and looks very natural on the skin. The shimmers are very fine and barely visible. It has medium pigmentation but is quite buildable. Because of the peachy tones, it does not look muddy. It looks more like a peach blush.
It has an amazing lasting power with around 6-7 hours of wear and still I see a hint of color. If you are on the paler side, you can also use it all over just to warm up your face a bit. The shimmers are very subtle in the powder so you can totally use them during day as well. It’s a very fine and nice power. It has never caused any breaks outs on me. It does not accentuate the pores. It does not have any significant fragrance, but if you really smell the pan, it has a nice subtle fragrance to it that I really like.
You don’t need this product in your life unless you are a huge Dior fan. The color is such that you can totally find it in other brands as well. I myself don’t really love love it. It’s a nice addition to the kit, but I find it too subtle for my skin tone and I often find myself building it up quite a bit. So, it’s okay dokey product for me and nothing that I would want to repurchase.

The compact though!! I have had my eyes on this since ages… Love the compact. If only they did a setting powder / powder foundation in this….
i know the compact is really gorgeous. They don’t do a setting powder? I did not know that….
I meant – if they had a setting powder in such a compact, that would be so great!
oh yes! that would be! 🙂
