How is everyone doing today? So I finally found the perfect nude gel liner which is the e.l.f. lock on gel liner in the shade Yes to Nude. I was pretty excited when I received this in the mail and tried it on for about a week before penning down this review. Read on to know what I think about this product.
Price: $3 (excluding shipping charges)
This unique gel based eyeliner is smudge resistant, fade proof, and lasts all day. The creamy formula can create bold lines or can be blended with the sponge tip applicator for a smokey look. It provides a long wearing, high performance look on both the inner rims and eyelids. Sharpen with your favorite sharpener or get ours here to get the most out of your liner.
My Experience with e.l.f. Lock On Gel Liner in Yes to Nude:
Packaging: I really like the packaging because it is travel friendly and you get a smudger on one end. You can easily carry this around in your purse or bag.
Pigmentation: The pigmentation is just what I wanted. It is a whitish nude which looks great in the waterline. You can also use this colour to tightline to give the impression of bigger eyes.
The packaging definitely gets a perfect 10 and so does the pigmentation. I have been looking for this nude shade from such a long time and I finally found it! It is a nude with white undertones in it which is quite different than the nudes I have in my collection. I am so happy with the colour but this product is not a favourite whatsoever.
I hate the texture of it because it is so dry and irritated my eyes a lot. I have sensitive eyes and a lot of products make my eyes red which happened with this gel liner. It did not just make my eyes red but it was quite messy too while applying. It is so dry that it keeps falling on the lower lashes and makes a big mess! You have to be very careful when using the product otherwise it will break.
Once the liner has broken, sharpening this product is a pain! I ended up wasting so much product and did not even get a sharp liner in the end. I have several other gel liners which I sharpen and they are always fine, but this one just did not work for me. The smudger is a little stiff. Even though my eyes were watering, the product stayed in place for 4 hours which is amazing. But then again, I don’t think I want to use this product at all because of the fact that it really irritated my eyes. If you too have sensitive eyes, then avoid this product. It is not a must-have in your makeup vanity. But I must say that the colour is just so perfect that I don’t want to give up this gel liner. 😛
Pros of e.l.f. Lock On Gel Liner in Yes to Nude:

• Travel friendly.
• Incredible colour and pigmentation.
Cons of e.l.f. Lock On Gel Liner in Yes to Nude:
• A pain to sharpen.
• Very dry.

• Messy product.
IMBB Rating: 2/5 (love the colour, hate the product).
