Ed Hardy Hearts and Daggers Eau de Parfum for Women Review

Ed Hardy Hearts and Daggers for Women was additional Ed Hardy perfume that I had bought along with Ed Hardy by Christian Audigier EDP.  When the sales assistant had put all the Ed Hardy perfumes on the counter, the packaging of this perfume was what caught my fancy initially. I found the bottle very mesmerizing with very intricate detailing. A quick whiff of the spray confirmed my decision to buy it.

Packaging:
The perfume bottle is rectangle shaped glass bottle, which has an outer plastic shell. Needless to say, how can anyone not take a second look at the packaging on this bottle!! Inspired by Ed Hardy’s artwork, the outer plastic cover is filled with elaborate striking graphics. It has very edgy visuals of flowers, hearts, skull and feathers with a menacing ‘Love Kills Slowly ’ 😉 The perfume bottle itself is in candy pink color, which I really adore. The bottle comes with a spray nozzle. This genre of perfume comes in category for both men and women.

$21.45 for 1oz. (30 ml) bottle.

My Experience with Ed Hardy Hearts and Daggers Eau de Parfum for Women:

The perfume has distinct floral and fruity fragrance. The initial whiff of the perfume hasvery obvious apple and jasmine fragrances. Though I could not smell the other notes of mango and blood orange that were described by the sales assistant to be present. The fragrance of the EDP is fresh and very girlish. I find the fragrance to be more suitable for summers and springs.

The fragrance is very sweet and attractive. I am using this fragrance more during weekends than on weekdays for office. The perfume also contains other floral notes of violet leaf and apple blossoms. I like this perfume more than the Ed Hardy by Christina Audigier for Women EDP.  I have been using this perfume very frequently whenever I go out for casual errands. It is a very daytime fragrance.

The floral and fruity fragrance of the perfume stays for an hour. After that gradually it turns to heavier notes of musk and amber. I can hardly smell any floral fragrance after that. The amber notes of the fragrance are pleasant as well and not overpowering. The perfume lasts for 3-4 hours. Overall, I really like this perfume a lot with its captivating packaging 🙂

• As it is a sweet-smelling fragrance, it’s not very suitable in professional settings.

Would I Repurchase Ed Hardy Hearts and Daggers Eau de Parfum for Women?

Would it be odd to say that even after raving so much about this product…I would not be buying it again. Well, I liked the packaging and the fragrance, but this purchase was more to have it as a collectible than a regular use product.  So, I am going to cherish the perfume as long as it lasts and then keep the bottle as a keep-sake 😛
