My Experience with Estée Lauder Beyond Paradise Eau de Parfum Spray:
The perfume comes housed in a beautiful multi-colored bottle. Instead of the cap, it has a twist up spray nozzle to open and close the perfume. Estee Lauder is engraved on the metal rim around the bottle. Overall, it’s a very pretty bottle.
As I mentioned above, Estee Lauder Beyond Paradise use to be my holy grail perfume when I was a teenager and I had used up the whole bottle. I forgot about this perfume ever since I started using Mancera, Creed, DIOR and Dolce and Gabbana perfumes. Last year, I was in a search for a good summer fragrance and I ordered this as I used to love it so much.
When I got this perfume, I was happy and was sure that I will use them more in the summers, but unfortunately, I hate this perfume now, as it gives me a suffocating feel. I don’t know what had changed, did it got reformulated or my choice changed, but I don’t like this perfume anymore. It’s just a strong straight up floral fragrance. For me, it’s just like Chanel no 5, which my friend loves and I get a headache every time she wears that perfume. Even Beyond Paradise gives me a headache. Initial spray is just a bomb of floral scent and it’s too strong for my liking. It also dries down to a floral citrusy scent. It’s quite long lasting as well and I get 7 to 8 hours of wear time. If you are into floral fragrance, you can try this.
