IMBB Sunday Bazaar – 18th December 2011 – Part I

Rules for Buyers

1. Sale for any product would be on a first-come-first-serve basis through the comments section. If someone is interested in a product she can still bid for it even if it has been already bid for by someone else. So we can have bidder 1, bidder 2, bidder 3 etc. for some product. The chance to buy that product first will go to bidder 1; if bidder 1 does not respond bidder 2 would be given a chance to buy the product, and so on.

2. Please be sure before making a bid for the product. If you have made a bid for the product, please stand by your words and buy the product you have bid for. If you make the first bid for the product and then change your mind or fail to transfer the money after the sale is over, we would request you not to participate in our future Sunday Bazaars sales. If sellers are taking pains to showcase their products for you, it is also your moral duty to be an ideal buyer.

3. You have to confirm that you are purchasing a product of a seller by emailing the seller within 24 hours. Also, you need to transfer the amount in the seller’s account within 48 hours of receiving the seller’s bank account details. In case of a lack of confirmation or a lack of transfer of funds in the seller’s account, the seller has a right to offer the product to the next bidder.

4. If you have transfered the amount in the seller’s account, you cannot cancel your order with the seller. Also, you cannot return the product once it reaches you. In case you have issues about a product once it reaches you, please contact us and we shall provide you the seller’s contact details. Please note that you are buying the products at your own risk and the seller is not liable to refund your money. However, you are free to discuss your concerns with the seller.

Policies:
1. Most of the pieces in the collection are handmade, therefore one product may slightly vary from the other.
2. All the pearls used in the jewelry are glass pearls unless mentioned otherwise.
3. The stones used are of fine quality and are mostly glass.
4. None of the stones used are precious or semi-precious unless mentioned otherwise.
5. There is no refund or replacement for sold items unless in rare case of product damage during shipping
6. Shipping: Delhi:Rs.35, All over India: Rs.60

Seller 2: NUPUR

  •  Contact – snghl[dot]nupur[at]gmail[dot]com.
  •  Shipping charges would be Rs. 25 to Rs. 50 depending upon your package/order in DELHI.
  •  Shipping charges would be Rs. 40 to Rs.100 depending upon your package/order THROUGHT OUT INDIA.
  •  I would be giving free gifts with orders above Rs.400 (if possible I will also give you options for your free gifts once the deal is done).
  •  I prefer neft /online transfers over depositing cash in my bank a/c. If you cannot do neft please ask your friends to do that on your behalf, otherwise for cash transfers you will have to pay rs. 25 extra (this is what my bank charges me per transaction).
  •  Please contact me as soon as you bid for an item, so that i can dispatch it at the earliest possible.
  • I will be providing you with tracking ids once I dispatch your packets.

    1. I habbb two biggg bigggg windows….but no sunlight comes in and is freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeezing cold. OMG..you know it was so burning hot outside today..and like one mahaaan I was wearing my boots and I looked so idiotic :(( It was cold in morning when I started is why I wore them….I no wear boots now for another 2 weeks :(( Oops I stop commenting here..might be disturbing for buyers na 😐

    1. Srishi the sale is done by IMBB readers and not by big brands. Tomorrow even if you do the sale, you would want people to pay the shipping charges. I hope you understand. 🙂
