Today, I am reviewing one of the moisturising body lotions that I recently started using on repeated suggestions from a friend. She said all good things about this product, so I was tempted to give it a try. I have very dry and itchy skin and I am always in search of good body moisturisers. Let’s see how this one fared for me.

My Take on Jergens Vitamin E Moisturizer:
Jergens Vitamin E Moisturiser comes in a cream-colored tube with a flip-open cap. I got 100 ml tube just to test whether it would suit my skin or not. It comes in bigger sizes with pump cap option which is more convenient as body lotion and more reasonable too. Now, I have dry skin which remains dry even in summers too, so a friend of mine suggested me to use this cream as she totally loves using this in winter.
This moisturizer has a very mild soothing smell which feels good, but faints away as soon as it is applied. I would have preferred if the smell lasted a bit longer. The consistency of the formula is between a thick cream and a regular body lotion. It is very easy to apply and spread. I can use this in summer as it is very light on skin and does not feel very heavy. I use it on my body after shower, it keeps my skin moisturised for a very long time.
What I loved most about this product is that it gets absorbed into the skin very nicely and doesn’t give an oily sheen. Most of the body lotions I have used so far just make my skin moisturised for a very short period of time plus I kind of don’t like applying them most of the time as I feel they will get on my clothes. This is perfect for daily application as it gets absorbed into the skin quickly and makes the use very expedient. Besides, the quantity required is very decent and covers more area.
I have been using it since just a few weeks, so I cannot say much about other claims of making skin more luminous. Those claims are hard to get at this price I guess!! But I love the moisturising effect it has on my skin. My skin feels smooth and nourished for the rest of day. I also like to apply it before going to bed.
