My Experience with Kiko Milano Face Palette 02 Special Talent:

I have quite a lot of stuff from Kiko and I am happy with most of them. I thought I should give their face palette a try too, so I picked up this trio from their “Face Palette” range. It’s a bronzer, blush and highlight 3-in-1 palette. I picked up the shade “02 Special Talent.” Not able to relate the name to the palette in any way at all, guess that’s what brands do when they run out of names 😉

Almost all Kiko products come in an all-black outer packaging. The packaging is quite regular. The palette inside is a small-sized trio with a transparent plastic cover. It surely feels very compact if not very sturdy. The face palette is a travel-friendly option since it eliminates the possibility of carrying 3 separate products.

First up is the bronzing shade on the left. The shade is a dark brown with a slight warm-orangish undertone. The texture is decent but not extremely buttery or smooth. It does blend well on the skin. The pigmentation is not very high, hence I need multiple swipes to get a decent contour/bronzing. This shade is best suited for medium to fair skin tones with a neutral or cool undertone.

Next up is the pink blush in the middle. It is a bright Barbie sort of a pink. Again, this shade will suit fair to medium skin tones and a light hand application will do justice to the shade. The texture does not feel extremely smooth or buttery, but on application, it blends well.

Lastly, the highlight shade – it is filled with minute shimmer particles and the colour is a soft pearl pink. This is my favorite part of the trio. It gives a lovely pearl highlight. The shade is also recommended for medium to fair skin tones. The texture is decent and blends well.

Staying power of these products is around 6 to 8 hours. For this price, the trio is a good deal and this variant is a pretty shade for fair to medium skin tones. The product does not seem chalky at all. I would recommend this palette for evening/ party makeup looks.
