Like you know Lakme has released 4 new shades in this range: Coral incentive, Pink power (review coming up ) and orange edge (review coming up).they have loads of neon pinks and oranges and nudes in this range but some of them have an unwanted shimmer to them :/ I do not follow why. This shade turned out “faltu” and was a waste of money honestly.Now they look like all the shades of pinks are on similar lines and then they have added some shimmer to it, why!
This range has very nice nude shades but this one turned out so not suitable for me.The color is a very cool toned milky pink and it has some silver shimmer to it.Most of the other colors from them are quite creamy but this one was so hard to swipe.Then I thought time will warm it up so I swiped it on the hand on and on.It did not work.Then I tried it on the lips. there was hardly any color to be seen.It was hard to the lips were kind of feeling dry as well.
Then in order to get some color I swiped it on and on but the color left so much of shimmer in the process that it could be seen on the outline of the as well.the swiping made my lips shrink and the lip lines could be seen 😛 I dont know if this makes sense.Overall the color is so sheer that you could get the shimmer out of it but not much pink.It feels hard and dry.
It would last as a sheer stain for a long time no doubt but I am sure you would not like the silver shimmer around the mouth later.The pink is too cool for me and this is unsuitable for warm skin.Pigmented and dry lips can skip it too.They have a ton of pretty shades in this range which you can see HERE. I notice they barely have any plums and red in this range.Enough of these cool toned pinks I say.

Seriously… In the earlier release those with shimmer were the worst to perform… Shade Blush Work looked awesome in the tube, but due to shimmer I guess it did not showed up that well on lips… God knows why they think that adding shimmer will “add any value” .. rofl

Honestly Neha, yours are the best lip swatches! You are able to make even this lipstick so pretty, inspite of all the drawbacks! I always look at your lip swatches first and then come back up to read the whole review! Lip swatch looked so pretty as usual! But the quality of the lipstick *nababana*
